Back in 1997, Charlie Holloway opened Eddie's Drive-In West – a small, 1950's-style drive-in and diner.  Guests loved the classics like foot-long hot dogs, chili cheese fries, Boston coolers, and frosty root beer floats. Familiar faces and travelers flooded the parking lot to have their meals hand delivered by roller-skating carhops!

Although we may not roll around on skates anymore, we're still rolling out timeless favorites! Known around town as simply Eddie's, our all-American spread has become a staple in the community — you must try "The Best Ribs on the Planet!"
